We are a family company and we are proud of it. We believe that family unity and trust serve the company aims. We think that our company is a big family where can be debates, but there is strong connectedness and there is trust between us.
It is wonderful to get together with families and we feel good. This has been a tradition for 22 years. We remember when we organized the first tour to Réka valley, which is between Mecseknádasd and Óbánya. We announced cooking competition, the teams cooked bean soup, rabbit stew or roast bacon. There were tug of war and war of numbers. As a family company we know what does it mean when a community knows each other not only in the workplace. We know the supporting force of a family. We miss this reunion in May and we hope that we can organize it next year.
