Everything is in coherence. It is true especially in production. When we launched Total Quality Management (TQM) almost the whole company boosted. All of our colleagues understood that they are important part of a bigger unit, everybody took part in the trainings and had a comprehensive view of the production process. We increased the attention of all the activities and we launched successfully the TQM system. We started to pay attention to our environment as a part of this process, as citizens of Pécsvárad we were useful members of our community. We promoted local events for example Summer theatre, Christmas market, Autumn festival (called Pécsváradi Leányvásár). Our efforts were merited by South-Danubian Quality Award is SME category in 2002.
